The fuse holder on most compound microscopes and stereo microscopes will be
found on the bottom or the rear of the microscope base.
The fuse location on the Inverted microscope may not be obvious. The ‘Fuse Drawer’
contains the active fuse and a replacement fuse. The drawer is opened by removing
the power cord and prying outward on a groove molded into the drawer as shown below.
